If you decide you would like to use Madoxx as stud with your female I would just need to have a copy of her vaccinations & if we are doing a natural breeding a copy of a negative Brucellosis titer (Brucellosis is a canine venereal disease that can cause the females to abort a litter, males to be sterile & is also transmissible to humans so that’s one thing we want to make sure both dogs are clear of! Madoxx has already had a negative Brucellosis titer done). You can bring the health records with you or you can fax them to my husband’s clinic at: 207-487-5658.
The stud fee for AKC full registered bitches is $400 total - $200 due at breeding and $100 due at positive pregnancy test & $100 due at whelping, if preg doesn't take next breeding is free.
If your female is not AKC registered (or registered through some other registry) then the stud fee would be $350.00 due at the time of breeding.
I’ve also not only been in the vet field for 30 years, I’ve also been breeding for 30 years and I’m more than willing to help you with any questions you might have, my husband is also a veterinarian with his own practice here in town so our dogs get the best of everything. Madoxx has also had a negative Brucellosis titer, hip rad prelims, general health screen, eyes, hearing, heart/lungs, blood chemistry profile & all came back normal.
